Great for high resolution displays, not so much for multi monitor gaming
21 December 2013
Summary: I originally bought this to power triple Dell 30" 2560x1600 displays. While this card runs flawlessly on one monitor, it simply didn't have enough VRAM to power all three at high resolutions. If you have one display, no other card out there even to this day packs as much performance on a single card.
Summary: I've bought 2 of them surprisingly silent cards/ very stable (well it depends on your PCU) if I compare to my sli gtx 280/ extremely good performance and helpful drivers great buy worth the money
Summary: Within 10 days of receiving and installing my EVGA GTX 690 card, the DVI-D and one of the DVI-I ports have stopped functioning. I will be contacting Amazon to see about a replacement card. I hope it's just bad luck and I got a rare faulty card, because the graphics on the card, when it's working, are amazing. However, for a $1000 card, I do expect much better quality than this, so I'm only giving it two stars for now.
Summary: First, anyone looking to get free Borderlands 2 from Amazon... You will not get it. They said they are only running the promo for GTX 660 ti versions. So, I had to call all over the place. I finally managed to get my code direct from Nvidia. All the numbers I called said Amazon should be giving out codes. Since they are listed on the geforce site. All other e-tailers give the codes but Amazon. As for the card. It's really well built.
