Summary: I purchased one of these for my gaming rig 2 years ago. During that time I did not have any hardware issues to speak of but I would get driver issues occasionally. Never saw temps above 65c on the most demanding games with max settings. Plays Far Cry 4 on max settings 45-60fps. I'll put it this way. I see no reason to upgrade to the 980 classified when it comes out in a few months.
Summary: Purchased this graphics card to add to the rig I built in March 2013. It worked great for 4 months, but then I started to notice some 'artifacting' during my gaming sessions. It was still under warranty and EVGA was very helpful and reliable in assisting me with sending it in and getting it back to me as soon as they could. I received a refurbished video card, installed it, and so far (as of today), I have not had any issues with it's performance.
Summary: Great gpu, Upgraded form 2 gtx 560ti running in sli and this tops both of those cards by far, never had a problem with any game, runs everythign i throw at it at 45+, only game i get 45 fps on is dayz and thats probably due to some other parts in my pc being not the best available, every other game is 60fps or more
