Get this 580GTX, NOT 680/600-series!

Summary: nVidia needs to advertise new 600-series cards honestly, admitting their floating-point processors are INFERIOR to this older 580GTX - new 680GTX or any 600's may deliver
Pros: I use GeForces for WORK (business), not games - CAD/design, Engineering; since Autodesk who makes Inventor (& AutoCad) switched 3D API's from OpenGL to DirectX. Also t...
Cons: None, except people who believe "newer is always better".
Pros: This is an amazing video card. Pick a game, turn all of the settings to max, and enjoy.
Cons: This card runs incredibly hot if you're not careful. I am not sure if it is airflow in my case or a defunct card... My HDMI port stopped working after 5 months of use,...
Cons: bought a second to put in SLi, but they never gave me an SLi bridge. Why advertise a card as SLi ready and don't include an SLi bridge? In either package at that too. ...
Summary: This is the best graphics card i have ever owned. It runs games im max settings DX11 without a hitch. I liked it so much I bought another a year and half later to do SLI...

Summary: I've had this card for almost 3 years, and it's been free of problems and is still able to deliver above average performance on the latest games at the highest settings.

Cons: This edition's biggest drawback is the 1.5 GB of VRAM; these days, 2 GB should be the minimum. By now, all the augmented editions, like the 3 GB, are discontinued.
Cons: It's what they don't tell you. This card is equipped with a power limiter. This will throttle the GPU the instant you run Furmark. It's not supposed to do that in game...
Pros: Great card, handles everything I throw at it. Runs relatively quiet, solid construction, does everything I want. Have had this card for a year now, absolutely love it.
Cons: Does not come with the mini hdmi adapter as stated by newegg. Did not know this until I tried to hook it up to a new TV I had. Kind of a pain, but can be dealt with.
