Summary: I bought this when I rebuilt my system to replace 2 Nvidia 280 oc cards I was running in sli. This one card doubles what I had achieved with the 2 cards in sli, plus it is reasonably priced. It typically runs fairly cool, and I have yet to encounter any issues with it.
Summary: Really fast did what it said on the box. Easy to fit - wow - usually I have a bit of trouble here. Especially as the card need two independent power connectors. I had one. However, handily there were adaptors provided. Managed to unclip some other style power leads (hidden away), used adaptor and all worked. Its a dream and has kick started life into my PC. Its a monster - enjoy!
Summary: I bought two of these cards to bridge them together. I already had one installed a week earlier then added second one. It was as simple and plug and play! I bought the newest version of 3D Vantage to test them out and it doubled after I put second card in. Great all around card. Very attractive to look at as well !
Summary: I had a GTS 250, want to upgrade to better card, then I choose Sapphire AMD HD6870 based on reviews, I loved the card, it was cooler, so silent, that I was even wondering whether there was a card plugged in or not. After 1 year of 6870 usage, I got crazy, want to get more eye candy (physx)for my games and switched it for GTX 560ti from EVGA. I sold my HD6870 on amazon for 40 USD less from the price I got it.
Summary: Its a great card and will max most games so long as you have the proper drivers. I had issues when I first got it with the temps being too high for me considering it has two fans but updated drivers fixed that.
Summary: Very nice card. Runs everything maxed out smoothly. The fans are a bit loud past 70%. Apparently, there is some weird noise even with the fans 35%. It's some kind of vibration, i don't know. I will check later when i have more time.
Summary: I purchased this card as an unpgrade from a GTX 260, and its excellent, runs every game on max or high settings with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, the only bad thing was that it stopped working 4 days after I installed it, but amazon replaced it with a new one that hasnt failed so far, also came with Batman Arkham City for free. So if you are looking for a mid-range Video Card this is the one to get.
Summary: I got this to replace an overheating ATI Radeon 4850 HD card in my 2 year old Velocity Micro. The EVGA installed easily, runs cool, is faster and has somewhat higher quality graphics. It's too bad to need to replace a fairly new card but at least this is a clear upgrade.
