EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB Superclocked Review

PC Perspective
16 February 2007
  • Excerpt: Just a few short days ago, NVIDIA and its partners unvieled the new lower priced 8800 GTS model sporting 320MB of on-board memory versus the 640MB the original card was equipped with.  With an MSRP of $299-329, the new 8800 GTS brought the features of NVIDIA's G80 line of graphics cards to a lower price point than it had been at before.

EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS SLI Review

nvnews.net
2 February 2007
  • Summary: I knew these cards were going to be powerhouses, but I wasn't quite ready for some of the performance I've experienced. If the GTS is this powerful, the GTX must tear the space-time continuum. EVGA has got a very solid package on their hands here. I'm very pleased they decided to include a newer game in the box as too many other cards have no bundle to speak of...and it's a game that actually makes the 8800s work.
