Jesus Christ! Just pray that it all works.

tienkhoanguyen, Ebay
12 April 2013
  • Summary: Jesus Christ! All I can say is be careful which model you buy. Certain motherboards with 8x slot does not have 4x functioning. So you might be wasting your money.

Will you settle for just great?

enoeske, epinions.com
30 May 2003
  • Summary: Buy it for the price and the quality, not for office like that other guy who gave this card 2 stars.
  • Pros: Fast, great color, easy to use, amazing picture in games.
  • Cons: 4x AGP, composite video out instead of S-video.

The Radeon 9000: A Cut Above The Rest

dokool, epinions.com
25 December 2002
  • Summary: This card is well worth it for the gamer, mediaphile, or geek-of-all-trades. If you need it, buy it. If you don't, stick with the Radeon line nonetheless.
  • Pros: Great graphics, good resolution, and vibrant colors.
  • Cons: Multiple displays are a difficulty.

Awesome Video Card

"an1m0s1ty", Amazon
17 August 2002
  • Summary: I upgraded a Pentium 2 with an old Diamond card to this, and it rocks. Visual quality is great, even on a 21inch Trinitron monitor at 1600x1200. Graphics are great and games are much more playable.

Clear, crisp, no slowdown.

Joshua K. Church, Amazon
17 August 2002
  • Summary: I just put together my first true computer, I went with all of the gimme's, Pentium 4 2.0, 80 gig hard drive, loads of DDR Ram, and this new card from my favorite card company. I have been playing a few of my games on other peoples computers, and the games were moving at a snail pace. I was running ghost recon on a Radeon 7500, and I was hurting. As soon as I loaded the same game on to my new card I was blown away.

Smooth Installation and Operation

Brian B. Looney, Amazon
17 August 2002
  • Summary: Installed in a 4 year old Dell (PIII 500 MHz). Previous video card (Diamond Viper V770) was not fully supported by XP. Installation went smoothly and the card has been solid. The Radeon 9000 Pro has nice array of features -- To minimize clutter, I did not install some of the software that duplicates the media player and similar capabilities already in WXP. Recommended for anyone interested in a reasonably priced middle to high range video card.
