Will not drive 3 DualLink DVI monitors

Slava, Amazon
28 April 2014
  • Summary: I have an 3 DVI monitors: 2 x 2560x1600 and 1600x1200 and want to drive them using this card. Based on specs it should do it, but in reality it will drop the third monitor after 10-20 min and even rebooting computer will not help. I was using two bizlink active DispalyPort to DualLink DVI adapters. Spend several days by try to make it work by paying with drivers, cables and rearranging monitors: The end result: 2 monitors will work, but the third one will not.

Good for its intended purpose

Shrap, Amazon
30 January 2013
  • Summary: I was getting this card for my wife for Schoolwork (using Maya 2013). It's not the fastest or the most feature rich, but for her purposes it works well. I initially ordered a different card (V5700) for this purpose but discovered after it shipped it wouldn't work properly, so I ordered this one and sent the other one back unopened.

So far I am not happy

dogboot, Ebay
10 January 2013
  • Summary: First, I want to say that I will revise this feedback when I actually install the video card into my system, so it might get better or worse. The card arrived in a small box just large enough to fit the card and with no protective packaging material. The bag it was in did not appear to be ESD which is crazy. The mounting plate on the card was bent on both the top end and bottom end. The fan shroud is scuffed and the card does NOT appear to be new as advertised.

Excellent product at good price

labgaffer, Amazon
23 April 2012
  • Summary: I selected this card for its AutoCad capabilities to replace a Nvidia Quadro NVS420 which was OK - sort of - but had serious problems driving 2 monitors. The installation was a breeze, and the ATI cards delivers the good performance I had hoped for at a very reasonable price - I might even add a third monitor for improved efficiency when dealing with multiple spread sheets.

Awesome

  • Summary: Quality graphics from this card, it lived up to ATI's reputation for me. I've never seen a higher quality output. This was a replacement card which out-shined the original and I'll never be looking back.

  • Summary: At first I was leery because I didn't believe the hype that this card was so powerful. I happily discovered that all that hype was for real. It is a great graphics/workstation card and worthy of a great review.

  • Summary: I bought this video card for my Maya and AutoCAD work. And for a entry level workstation card it worked great. I'm was surprise that it also work extremely well playing my video games. I mean Battlefield 3, Rage, Dirt 3 etc it performed really well with most of the video settings turn way up.

An Excellent Card Overall

P. Killion, Amazon
11 January 2012
  • Summary: Like usual, the backstory: I have a HD5770 on my gaming rig, and its proven to be a very capable card. I can run most games on max, the latest games on high, and has generally proven to be just a great all-around card, or so I thought. My wife is currently going to school for architecture/interior design; up until recently, most of her work had been by hand, but now she's beginning to get into heavy AutoCAD and Google Sketchup usage.
