Excerpt: Ati All in Wonder propbably the only graphics card so far manufactured which allows you to play games, edit movies, watch TV, has DVD support and hear sound. The name for this card is spot on. This card so far goes upto 32MB works without giving any problems with 95, 98 and 98SE but does not allow all the features of the card when installed on Windows 2000 Pro or Windows 2000 Server. There is a slight bug in the first edition of this card i.e.
Excerpt: I recently fitted an ATI All in Wonder Pro, not to enhance my graphics for gaming, but as a means to regain some access to a TV (tired of battling with my kids for the control of the zapper)and also so I could start importing and editing video. Its a great product, it does what it says on the can, and after a bit of hassle with the supplied CD software (better to download from their website) it works brilliantly.
Excerpt: The ATI All in Wonder Pro AGP is a good enough card for normal graphics and if you want to play 3D games which do not require 3dfx. It also has a TV Tuner with is able to use teletext, but the 'specalist' program which comes with it is completely useless as it thinks about trying to download all the pages from teletext first and then it decides to delete them and start again. Another good thing is that it supports MPEG 2.
Excerpt: This card is a waste of money. A friend of mine has it (or rather had it before we ripped it out and returned it) and we were both greatly disappointed in it. It lets you take in both composite and S-video input which is good since you can opt for the better connection if you have the capabilities. The included software, "ATI Multimedia Center," is used for the TV tuner, video editor, and DVD player all have a consistent design so it is easy to navigate and use.
Excerpt: The ATI All-in-Wonder Pro PCI is an old card, however it currently comes in two versions, the older PCI with 16MB of memory or the newer 32MB AGP card. Both cards have the same features the only differences being the amount of memory and the slot. AGP or PCI for those of you who want TV input and output but your computer doesn't have a AGP slot then the PCI version is the way to go. This card does nearly everything you could want the card to do.
Excerpt: The All in Wonder Pro was an excellent Graphics card for it's time. It has a magnificent set of features but now has too much competiton to make a vaible option in todays PCs. It is only a PCI card so you should really be looking at an AGP version if your motherboard support it. The card has video in and out sockets so you can view your PC on a TV, or grab footage from tape.
Summary: Et nous revoilà replongé dans le domaine de l’informatique après un avis qui s’est égaré ! La série All In Wonder Pro en générale. L’ATI all in Wonder pro est une carte graphique 2D/3D assez ordinaire, suivant le processeur de calcul choisie, elle peut faire des miracles (RADEON 9700 pro à 325 MHz).
