Sounds like a few of the reviewers need a real computer

Summary: Sounds like a few of you need to get a real computer to put this video card. I have this card installed in my Media Center and has been since November 2005, it has played and recorded TV shows everyday since then.
Summary: This card is not compatible with AGP 4x motherboards, even though ATI says it is. It took me 6 days of dancing around with their [awful] customer service to beat that answer out of them. This card requires a higher electrical current than that which is provided by most AGP 4x motherboards (i.e.
Summary: Although they say it comes with a remote, the remote is NOT in the box. Instead, you have to go the ATI website after you get the card and then order it and pay for shipping. How absurd is that? Plus, they are out-of-stock, so who knows when you will get it.
Summary: 1. Despite the misleading advertising on the box, there is NO REMOTE included in this package. Instead you must send away for it, and it will cost you $9.95 shipping. (...) 3. Their customer service department is even worse. All they do is send you back to the FAQ on their website.
Flaky and deteriorating performance, terrible support

Summary: I bought this card a year or so ago and at first it was tolerable -- occasional lockups that required powering the computer on and off, bad sound occasionally, generally slightly buggy software. It was after I decided to upgrade to the latest software that it really fell apart.
Summary: I was looking for an AGP good card and I got this as a present, i thought it didnt have a fan, maybe its not that good, but since I had it, I havent had any problems with it, I even added the TV Guide recently at home, i was able to play my Wii and PS3 on the computer through this beauty, so it is a...
Summary: The ATI graphics work. I got the TV Tuner to work. However, I am still having with getting the composite signal from my VCR to work. ATI should provide an easier way to connect this graphics card to the VCR or DVD player.
Summary: I've owned this for over a year now, and I'm completely satisfied. The drivers/tv software come in 1 CD and it takes a while to install, but it is automated, so you don't install a million things yourself.
Summary: The card was available at a great price and was a cinch to install. I'm no geek and, after reading the other reviews about install problems, I was very nervous. My fears turned out to be unfounded. The whole process from opening my case to watching cable TV took fewer than 30 minutes.
Summary: I opted for this card, because of the advertised "free remote" I paid $ 10 extra for shipping to get the "free remote" I never received the remote - customer service said they tried to deliver, but I wasn't home (excuse me for having to work for a living) and so I'm out the $10 and of course, no...
