  • Summary: This card made a nice upgrade from an old HD5850. Slight to average performance improvement noticeable in every games. This card can run a double monitor set up as oppose to the HD5850.
  • Pros: - Good cooling system, - Good performance for the price, - Run a double monitor setup smoothly
  • Cons: - Performance improvement over a HD5850 not as high as expected

An amazing card overall

Zach, Amazon

  • Summary: Honestly this is one of the best cards that i have ever bought. It can handle just about any game that you throw at it and it comes at a pretty low price point. I bought this card for $249.99 and now it is down to $209.99, you win some and you lose some i guess. The only problem i had with this product was that is was not in good condition, it looked like it got dropped off of a cliff.

  • Summary: Sometimes it crashes drivers, but restores within seconds. I think that the problem is in drivers, and not in graphic card. Anyway, I don't know the way how to check this.
  • Pros: I upgraded from HD7750 and the difference is very huge. Now I just turn ultra settings on my favorite games and enjoy what I see on the screen., It comes with nice ASUS GPU tweak utility where you can control its perfomance.
  • Cons: It uses 2x6pin connectors and needs more power than 270(non X) version.

Nice and quiet

CarbonVirus, Amazon

  • Summary: With the custom aftermarket cooler on this card, under load it makes little to no noise, and with my case closed I cannot even detect it what-so-ever. I was a little disappointed in the price [$40+ more than anywhere else] but since it was the only spot that had it in stock that's just the way supply and demand functions.

Great card.

  • Summary: If you want bang for your buck and arent interested in mining you might consider nvidia cards. But if you want to mine and game this is a potential card for you. I love this card, its huge but the way it mounts it doesnt sag. The fans are quiet even while mining. I get 300kh/s while playing league, and with the fans at 10 percent duty it wont go over 70c. Plays very demanding titles at acceptable frame rates average of about 60 at 1080p.

Great card: performance and high quality cooling.

  • Summary: This is a great card, for 200 this is a sick deal. I can run BF4 at 1080p, max settings at 50-55 fps stable, the game look great and fluid at the same time. I had a 7770 before this at the dofference is noticeable. Seems not too overclock friendly, but its comes OC from factory which is great and doesnt heat up as crazy, 70 C is the max i get, at the time of this writing is summer and i live in the caribbean (Dominican Republic).

Works fine

  • Summary: Have an AMD system, Sabertooth FX990 R2 motherboard. The motherboard is PCIe 2, the video card is PCIe 3, for those out there that wonder, yes they do work together. Frame rates went up a bit, detail, edges are crisper now. Works fine.

Equivalent to nVidia's GTX 660 Ti, but $130 cheaper

Skeptic, Amazon
20 December 2013
  • Summary: I went with AMD's team this time and wanted to run multi-card set-up. 270X seems to be the only model available right now as all other were sold out. In terms of in-game performance this card is on par with 660Ti I used to have. Compared them head to head in Arma 2 OA, Furmark and Unigen Heaven becnchmarks (TO DO: Post Actual FPS numbers). Vanilla 270X would be slower than 660Ti.

Love it just in love

Nithusan, Amazon

  • Summary: Love it just in love. It looks and performs like a beast. Only problem I had was that i had to send my first card back and get a replacement as it had heat issues which it couldn't handle and gave bad output on games such as 3d render errors. On the second card it all worked fine thanks for the quick customer service amazon :D.
