Great performance

Anonymous, Newegg
23 November 2014
  • Pros: This card is a Beast. I run a lot of new games on it on my 4k tv and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the performance. not only did it rock out on 1080p but it even blew my mind when it did 4k and runs fabulous.
  • Cons: I will agree with some of you with it being what you call "Flacky" I've had issues with software in the pass. and it can be annoying. normally fixed it buy Uninstalling drivers and doing fresh install for gpu drivers on site and it alway fixed my issues.

Solid — Just Solid

Joel P., Newegg
3 December 2013
  • Summary: If they come off of discontinued status (I sincerely doubt that they've been discontinued by the manufacturer already), I'll likely get another and have a go at crossfire.
  • Pros: It's a shame that these are shown as discontinued because this card is an absolute rock in the best of ways. There's not trouble with temps, low noise, and it performs every bit as well as you'd hoped.
  • Cons: From my experience, and in reading other reviews, any cons for this card are pretty nit-picky, and as such not really worth including.

Awesome Card for the money

brian s., Newegg
15 October 2013
  • Summary: Awesome Shipping Fast shipping ordered on Thursday came in on Friday to my doorstep.
  • Pros: The card I received does well with overclocking temps stay at around 45 C under load with GPU core clocked at 1125 and the memory at 1575
  • Cons: Only con is that Newegg sold out of these 2 days after I bought mine but I may pick up a Matrix 280x to crossfire with it

Overclocking Machine! 1230MHz core and 1244Mv

Ebony W., Newegg
12 October 2013
  • Summary: Im waiting on a replacement PSU which is the Thermalright 850W Grand. Im replacing a OCZ ModXStream 600W PSU that ran a OCed 670 fine. I do own this card but I have to fix all the ignorance going around about the AWESOME ASUS DC2. Its fully unlocked.
  • Pros: Use GPU Tweak version 2.2.1.4 to fully unlock voltage control, and save. Use Sapphire Trixx in conjuntion with ASUS GPU Tweak to override clock frequency and push past the core clock limit in GPU Tweak(1125Mhz) Trixx will say the right clock speed and GPUTweak will say a different clock speed(wro...
  • Cons: Hmmm... I wish it had a quad slot cooler!

Upgraded for 1440p

Quentin W., Newegg
7 October 2013
  • Summary: This card has a sexy design. It is big and heavy but easy to install assuming you have enough room in your case. I didn't like that it required 2 x 8pin pci e power connectors which required me to get a new psu as my old one had 1 x 6 pin and 1 x 8 pin which would not run the card.
  • Pros: Box art is awesome Card cooler and fans are well made, not cheap looking Runs all games at highest settings graphics settings Apparently can overclock very well ( haven't tried yet) Came with 3 free games :)
  • Cons: Biggest card I have ever owned, Also very heavy. Takes up 3 slots but I knew that already but still geez. Even at 30% fans are pretty noisy. Card gets pretty hot. Requires 2 x 8 pin pci - e power connectors.

Nice card

Anonymous, Newegg
5 October 2013
  • Summary: Had a 7950 reference design and it was too loud. Saw this card at a great price and jumped on it. I overclocked it to 975 (i'm conservative) and temps stay below 70c with fan at 30%. Benchmarks are good and Arma 3 seems much happier than it did with the stock (and hot) 7950.
  • Pros: Quiet, overclockable, good price.
  • Cons: None

Great Card

Fayte R., Newegg
4 October 2013
  • Summary: The card I have is voltage locked. This personally isn't a con for me since i can still hit over 7k on firestrike with this card. Yes, the card is overclocked to 1050mhz 24/7.
  • Pros: Stays cool as Ice (around 56C)and plays everything I have on max settings and then some. To list a few: Sleeping Dogs Skyrim Dark Souls Torchlight II Borderlands 2 Chivalry:Medieval Warfare Witcher II Payday 2 Left 4 Dead 2
  • Cons: Doesn't have a second bios switch, but I knew that before buying
