Summary: Even though I returned this card I still think it is great. It is easy to OC and for most games the experience was excellent. Plays Skyrim on Max settings with no lag at all. I was using High Res Mods and a ton of others as well and the experience was flawless.
Pros: Fast Clock and Ram. Great cooler. The Direct CUII coolers are excellent and make the card easy to OC.
Cons: This card still leaves something to be desired. Don't try to crossfire unless you have a 5 pci-e slot mobo. The card is huge and for the time being I think two is all that would fit in a gaming case. I had two in a crossfire and quickly traded them in because of poor performance while playing Rom...
Pros: This card is an excellent over-clocker. So far I am at core 1100 and mem 7000 with stock core voltage. everything runs great @ 2560x1440 res. I can't wait to see some O/C results once my waterblock shows up.
Cons: Gpu is a Voltage locked. This is a pretty big negative since the card is advertised as being compatible with GPU tweak. ASUS is aware of this problem and yet has not addressed it with a corrected bios. There are other means of voltage adjustment though. But you run the risk of voiding the warrant...
Summary: Well a short time after I started using this card it started to act up freezing with horizontal lines on screen. Another card works perfiectly. Time to RMA, Then the nightmare starts, check stock took 7 days(they said 3) Now the paper work for the crosship is delayed(they said 48 hours) cause...
Pros: The card works great low temps, quiet, good framerates, 5x1 eyefinity is awesome. This card runs 5400 x 1920 rez with no problem
Cons: Not reall a con:Make sure u have room for this card,Crossfire takes a lot of slots.
Summary: Overall fantastic card, once the drivers were sorted out it works beautifully.
Pros: Obviously, this card is incredibly powerful with the HD 7970 chip on it, but the high quality parts that Asus uses as well as the HUGE cooler on it gives you peace of mind as well.
Cons: The only reason I dropped an egg is not really with the card itself but just as a warning that in general Radeon drivers are a pain. With my old GT 640, it was as simple as plugging it in, finding drivers for PhysX, and that was it. With this card, I had to do some digging within the Windows 7 se...
Summary: The card is well equipped with fans and heatsink but auto cooling features just aren't up to par for me. It is very easy to set manual fan speeds and fan profiles that cool very well! Size may be an issue since the card covers 3 slots.
Pros: - Very powerful as a single monitor, single GPU solution - Handles many games in multi-monitor 5760x1080 on high settings, as long as they are not extremely graphically demanding (don't try to play Crysis 3) - Efficient cooling from fans and heatsink - FOUR DisplayPort pots, perfect for multi-mon...
Cons: Auto fan doesn't try very hard to keep the card cool. My card maxed out at 72C on stock clocks with auto fan STILL on 10%. I don't know when it is programmed to go any higher!
Excellent video card but a very hot/noisy one if you don't have ample airflow!

Summary: Excellent video card but a very hot/noisy one if you don't have ample airflow! However at this moment, i recommend anyone to buy a Radeon R9 290 instead. At the time i bought this it was the best.
Pros: Great performance, quiet, easy to update drivers for, unit plays all games great, runs BF3,Skyrim and more on ultra everything
Cons: unit is bulky and will require extensive cable management to install/uninstall speedily, also it seems that the unit will not recognize the use of 2 vga to dvi adaptors in the dvi ports, im transitioning from vga to display port monitors and found that i am unable to use my dual monitor setup suc...
