Summary: Asked for a refund or swap to another card, asus refused. I'm stuck with this returning this paperweight to asus over and over until the warranty runs out, thanks asus! never again!
Pros: Fast GPU when it came out (nothing to do with asus's particular iteration of it)
Cons: Ran really hot for a 670, memory reached 95C after 30min of use. First card dead after 8 month of use, replacement dead after 1 month! They take 1 month from card dying to getting new card to you, just to draw out the warranty I assume.
Summary: i'm really disappointing for ASUS the VGA stop working after 6 months when the VGA working it's the best VGA in the market at all it's have the best score every in techpowerup but this VGA is not Stable and now don't work at all and never happen to EVGA before i'm back to EVGA and i will never ever...
Summary: While I did not purchase through Amazon, I want to share my experience with the product here to inform those interested in the card about its potential issues. There's no question that the Asus GTX 670 DC2 models are among the best looking available, and the cooling solution is second to none.
Summary: Update: it died after a few months of use, really disappointed. very happy, I was one of the lucky people as mine worked right out of the box without any problem with the advertised clocks, I didn't install the asus software though, only the latest Nvidia drivers, it's soo fast and cool while...
Summary: Got this a week ago because I heard it was supposed to be the go to GTX 670! It worked for about 30 minutes, after 30 minutes the card kept crashing. Downloaded different drivers and all that stuff, now my computer disables it off the bat!
Summary: Don't buy this card unless you plan on downclocking the card. Asus set the clock too high on this card and it WILL crash if you loop Heaven or game for hours on a graphics intensive game. I've owned 2 of these cards.
