Kevin Y., Newegg
23 January 2014

  • Cons: gaming limit at about 1080 resolution, anything higher the lack of memory bandwidth slow framerates down

Great card

Leonardo V., Newegg
2 December 2013
  • Summary: Seriously. I want a second one. Give me.
  • Pros: - Cold as ice - Quiet as a mouse - Thus far runs everything without a hiccup I've owned the card for some three months and haven't had a single complaint to leverage against it. I've run Batman: Arkham Origins on the highest with all the bells and whistles, and Skyrim on Ultra with some 40+ mods,...
  • Cons: DISCONTINUED! Only Con is that I can't buy a second one for SLI. Also, while Asus makes some rock-solid devices (I've got this card and the Asus Z87 Pro Motherboard), but EVGA has that great trade-in program. If Asus could match that, they'd be set.

Great So Far

Nicky R., Newegg
19 November 2013
  • Pros: I have had this card for almost 2 weeks on my new hackintosh build and so far it works great. Super fast and pretty quite. Also I think it's a good price for 3gb memory.
  • Cons: None at least so far. I saw some other people on here who said it failed after a little bit but I can't complain. Mines is working so far.

WOW!

Tim A., Newegg
9 November 2013
  • Summary: If you don't have this card, and are thinking it about getting it... GET IT!!!
  • Pros: I've so far owned this card for almost one day!!! I love it so much! It works with my favorite game, f.lux - software to make your life better! OK maybe that's not a game, and it's just a advertising because I LOVE that program, it's completely free btw! It makes your screen look a lot better, by...

Terrific Sub-Premium Card

Paison, Amazon
3 November 2013
  • Summary: Excellent card for the price. Paid $230 in early September 2013 at Amazon. Running Crysis Warhead without any problems, stalling or slow-downs. Price of card can fluctuate and I only buy when "fulfilled by Amazon." It eliminates most problems.

Not buying ASUS again

Charles S., Newegg
29 October 2013
  • Summary: Save yourself the time and buy EVGA, there's just no comparison when it comes to customer service. I had to work with over 4 reps the 2nd time I had to send the card back. It was a consumer nightmare.
  • Pros: Graphics improved over my dual gtx 480s, when the card actually worked ASUS typically makes good product... or so I thought...
  • Cons: The first card went out after about a month and a half. I would've sent it back to newegg, but they only allow refunds after 30 days. Had to go through ASUS. Received a "repaired" card that wasn't repaired - put it in my system and nothing worked. Eventually received a third card and it is prompt...

Most Excellent

PETER K., Newegg
28 October 2013
  • Summary: This thing is not a beauty queen it’s short, fat and ugly most unimpressive appearance to say the least but makes up for it in performance. Build quality seems to be average.
  • Pros: Fast, plays everything on extreme. Quiet and cool. NVidia support. (the best) Perfect for 1080P gaming now and in the future thanks to the 3GB of VRAM.
  • Cons: None what so ever, don't worry about the 192 bit bus, just hype to get you to spend much more money. The 192 bit bus width is just one part of the bandwidth equation.

Powerhouse!

Max R., Newegg
28 October 2013
  • Summary: Great card, high end. Just a little dated as of now, but I love it and it's going to be a while before i upgrade.
  • Pros: 5473 graphics score on 3D mark benchmark. Sadly, my system was limited by my processor, but still got a really good score. I cant wait to SLI this thing. 1080p at 60 fps is an easy thing, even on higher settings.
  • Cons: Takes 2 6-pins, makes SLI obnoxious to do because you have to get converters, but if you buy two of these cards you will have them. High power demand / performance ratio, and SLI needs at least a bronze cert 600w+ PSU to be stable.

Nice card - while it worked

Micah J., Newegg
26 October 2013
  • Pros: Strong card, for the short while it worked I was having a blast maxing out games with no problem. Not a cheap card, but reasonable pricing for performance.
  • Cons: This card started giving me problems right out of the box. I installed the drivers and as soon as I did, my mouse and external hard drive were "disconnected" from my PC. Both were obviously still plugged into my PC, but unresponsive. Unplugging my external hard drive would occasionally let the mo...
