Great card for the money

Jameson P Allyn, Amazon
24 January 2014
  • Summary: A little larger than most cards in this price range - but to have the direct cooling is worth any case modifications you may have to make. Runs cool even when OC'd and haven't had a performance issue of any kind. Like any card, you have to find the balance between what your card can do and what your total setup can handle.

Smokes

W. Ballard, Amazon
22 January 2014
  • Summary: I got this to build my own PC from scratch following a guide from PC Gamer magazine. My first custom build, it was a fun project, and the card is the icing on the cake. Currently paired with an AMD FX-8350. I'm a regular gamer, mostly playing WOW, but also sometimes playing strategy or shooters on my PC. WOW can be surprisingly demanding on video cards, and strategy games can really bog a system down. Shooters are hit and miss.

Solid Product, slightly outdated now but still very futureproof for the casual gamer.

Arun., Amazon
4 January 2014
  • Summary: I choose Amazon because of their good customer service when it comes to returns/exchanges in case you have any issues,. This is a solid card if you're looking to buy a card that's reasonably future proof for the next 2 years at least (at least if you're willing to play some more demanding games on High/Very high rather than Ultra).

The best I have used...

Lynne Wilson "I will never know enough", Amazon
23 December 2013
  • Summary: I am on a fixed income as I am retired from the computer business, and this card was worth every penny. After I retired, I started playing Skyrim and this card is fast and quiet. It also comes with the best control software I have seen. I have owned about 200 video cards in the 29 years I was in the business and this is top of the class. I used to use ATI cards but the lousy drivers drove me away, switched to NVidia and never looked back.
