Summary: Good basic card. I bought it because I was concerned that the onboard Intel Graphis on my new computer was a little light. However, after installing and checking the Graphics performance rating provided by Win 8, I found out the Intel HD onboard graphics was faster and ran better, so I returned this card. It is a good basic, inexpensive card and performs well. However, I would not recommend this card for Gaming of Video intensive applications.
Summary: Good price and very good for those who want HDMI out... to HDTvs and such,so far has done very well for me. Most already know this, this is not a gaming card. Asus is a quality brand, its silent and does not require a huge power supply. For me its been a 5 star deal.
Summary: This product was very easy to install and worked AOK from the day it was installed. I had to use this card because my MoBo did not have DVI output for my monitor and I have had no problems! A bit clumbsy with the big fins, however.
Summary: he old ATI card is getting very noisy so I decided to replace it with something quiet. This fit the bill perfect. Win7 recognised it instantly I don't even need to uninstall the ATI drivers. Just install the Nvidia drivers and forgot all about it. Now the gaming rig became a server with 5 HDD total 5T. Best of all it runs quiet and I can leave it on forever without having to hear from the wife about the noise.
Summary: This video card is excellent! I installed it on my Asus HT Deluxe home theater PC with WIndows 7 54 bit. I did use the enclosed CD for driver installation. After that, it automatically starts to import updates via WIndows update utilities. It appears to make a great difference between using a stand alone card and using the on-board HDMi which uses MB and RAM resources. The card releases those resources. It does have HDMi, VGA, and S-Video outputs.
Summary: Bought this for a system which runs an LED screen 24x7. Wanted something that would do the job, but not overheat and die when the fan inevitably gave up. This fits the bill perfectly. Note! Heat sink is so large, covered up two slots on the board I used, not a problem in my setup, but may be an issue for some.
