Daniel Harrison, Amazon

  • Summary: The card arrived in good condition with fast shipping. However It could have been blown out to remove dust. It appears it was removed from a working computer packaged and shipped.

Update

Angie W., Newegg
25 February 2014
  • Pros: This is an update, I upgraded my pc to a amd fx-6100 processor and an gtx 560 ti and the 560 ti was barely an improvement at all and it ran stupid hot! This gtx 460 is a great card, going from intel pentium g860 to amd fx 6100 was huge improvement went from 18-25 fps in gta 4 to 28-60 fps with th...

  • Summary: great card, I'm sure some newer ones might be better but this one is running at 7.5 out of 7.9 on windows 7 scale. Seems very good by that when my last one was only a 4.5.

Excelent Gaming Card!!

Angie W., Newegg
19 December 2013
  • Summary: Great buying used off of E..........Bay for anywhere from $40 to $75
  • Pros: This thing is great, uses more power than newer tech but that is to be expected. This thing Runs GTA 4 at 1680x1050 at mid settings with a low of 18fps but average 25+, not that great but that game was not very well optimized, Runs Borderlands 2 on HIGH with physx at 30-80 fps, COD 4 High at 130+...
  • Cons: None, it is great

2Yrs with 2xSLI Setup - Strong

Lee B., Newegg
28 June 2013
  • Summary: I moved to two of these GTX460's in SLI from a single HD 4870 that was very loud (like a leaf blower) and h-o-t (80-90C with same games mentioned above). Your CASE makes a difference - I run a CoolerMaster Cosmos 1000 (massive) that has 6 - 120mm fans strategically located for good cross ventilation...
  • Pros: These cards (have 2 in SLI) run cool (32C idle -> 60C under load) and can deal with anything I throw at them. Also nice & QUIET. I'm more of a BlackOps2, CivilizationV, FarCry gamer, and haven't pushed them with more GPU intense games like Crysis, etc. IMHO no newer GTX has been a big enough leap...
  • Cons: Fan speed is tolerable, but noticeably louder at higher temps (I use MSI Afterburner software to regulate fan speed for optimal cooling). So, consider that if you're willing to tolerate higher temps, the fans will run slower & quieter..

Asus, you've done good.

Corey C., Newegg
11 February 2013
  • Summary: I was no means rich, and i'm definitely not rich today, but this little card is a heavy hauler when it comes to the field of budget GPU's. If someone has one for sale, especially the 1gb model, get it, get it as fast as you can.
  • Pros: It was cheap when I bought it. It still runs modern games at medium-high settings. It looks gorgeous.
  • Cons: Still hasn't turned into a robot friend.

ASUS GTX 460

Drew, Amazon
5 January 2013
  • Summary: Running two of these in SLI right now. Bought the first one off of Newegg brand new, and the second one 2 years later in very good condition. Absolutely adore this card. It's somewhat of an underdog, but for the price (at the time, and even now if you can get your hands on it) is incredible for it's...

Worked fine

lilpup, Amazon
20 August 2012
  • Summary: These video cards work fine for the basic build that I did last year. I was on a budget when I built this machine and I was surprised at the performance these two cards gave me once the machine was built.
