My Pc Needed Fanless Video Card

Summary: My PC video board failed twice because video cards fan faced upwards and would fail because dust would enter bearings quickly causing cooling fan failure... This fan less video board eliminated the failure mode and had advanced in performance and gave new life to my PC.... Love IT....
Summary: I was looking for a silent card for use in my HTPC rig. I replaced a 5450 due to lousy drivers from AMD that kept crashing my system. This one does the job nicely. Only problem is driver upgrades that seem to loose the settings every time.
Summary: Short: Got it used from Amazon warehouse for $46 even and it Works and gives my computer a major gaming boost. Long: My old PS3 crapped out so I got a new slim one and it wasn't able to play my PS2 games anymore. So I downloaded some software on my HTPC to play my PS2 games and my onboad video chipset couldn't hack it, although it could play B-Ray and DVDs just fine. In any case this makes my PS2 games work splendidly and my other games look better and run faster.
Summary: I bought this video card after I upgraded to Windows 7 Pro and after buying a 51in Samsung TV. This video card is Hyundai monitor. With all 3 outputs, you have 3 devices you can hook up to it. Games are smooth with no glitches of any kind.
Nice budget-priced card with good graphical muscle in a slimline package!!

Summary: Bought this ASUS card as an upgrade to the integrated card(GeForce 9200) in my PC(ATHLON 2 X2 255 dual-core w/4 GB DDR3).Since I have a slimline tower,I needed a low-profile card such as this. The heatsink does extend slightly beyond the back end of the card,so in some towers, that might be a tight fit(barely fit in mine).
NOT LOW-PROFILE, but includes low-profile brackets--ABSURD!!!

Summary: Will not fit in a low-profile computer! Purchased for a Dell GX620 for a media PC. Low-profile brackets were in the description, and the picture looks like the heat sink is a two-piece unit, and so I wrongly assumed the top unit was movable and so would fit in a low-profile case. I was fooled by deceptive advertising. What computer accepts low-profile brackets but fits a full-profile card in the same slot???
Summary: This works great in my water cooled PC that is on 24x7. I bought it while upgrading MB and CPU to get a little better performance than my old card and eliminate the need for a $125 water block to replace video fan. I want and have virually silent and VERY cool PC. I do not play games on it. For everything else, it is like every ASUS video card I have used (50 plus in various builds) rock solid and easiy to install.
Summary: I ordered this specifically through Amazon because of the rebate - I've had Asus products and they've been reliable. The GT 430 arrived on time and was easy to install. I don't game, so for my purposes, it does what it's suppose to do. When I submitted everything required for the rebate, I received an email saying that a rebate was not available for this product. WTF? I sent an email to Asus with the Amazon link (showing that it was available for rebate) and asked why.
