  • Summary: This is an excellent card. The price and the performance are great. I saw vast improvemnets to my computer games when i installed this card. I saw frame rates increase by 15-25 more frames. I also saw performance in other games as well. This card is worth the money when your trying to stay behind the technology curve only by a few notches and not trying to be on top of the band wagon. I recommend this card A+..

  • Conclusion: In testing power consumption for our graphic cards, the system components are kept consistent to help keep accurate results. To capture wattage, a Kill-a-Watt is used. It is plugged straight into the wall and the PSU is plugged in directly to it. After the computer is booted into Windows and is left idle for five minutes, the idle wattage is captured.
  • Pros: Fastest single-GPU available, Well-priced at $330 ($340 for the ASUS version), Perfect for 3-Way SLI, Incredibly overclockable
  • Cons: $70 – $80 more than a 8800 GTS 512, Requires dual PCI-E 6-Pin power connectors, Doesn’t deserve to wear the “GTX” badge – should be a “GTS”
