AWESOME!

Josh H., Newegg
5 March 2012
  • Summary: I almost bought one of these when I assembled my computer April 2011. I wish I had of, the HIS I bought is nice but the ASUS is AWESOME! I will have to say I am worried about how I am going to fit a three slot card into Crossfire for Eyefinity. I am going to try to use it in slot 2 set as primary.
  • Pros: I got the last one! ASUS EAH6950 has 4 standard display ports available. This means no trouble with mini display port to standard display port adapters when running monitors using display port cables.
  • Cons: I was looking forward to hanging myself with the Startech cable I had on order to adapt the mini display port on my HIS to the display port on my HP lp2475w. Another user suggested this in a pro for the startech cable. "Can be used as a noose when you give up trying to get your display adapter to...

6 monitors work fine

Jon Strange, Amazon
10 February 2012
  • Summary: I own 2 of these cards and they CAN run 6 monitors fine. You do have to do some reading if you don't have display port inputs on your monitors as it requires getting ACTIVE display port to HDMI/DVI adapters.

Beast from the East!!!

SAMUEL M., Newegg
19 January 2012
  • Summary: If you can fit it in your case, I would definitely recommend this card. The price is well worth the power. My Rig- AMD FX-6100 OC'd to 3.6 @ 6 cores ASUS AMD Radeon 6950 Direct CUII 2GB ASUS ROG Crosshair V 990FX AM3+ Motherboard Corsair Vengence Memory, 8GB @1600Mhz Western Digital Black 1.5TB SATA...
  • Pros: This thing is awesome! Though the drivers that came with crashed BF3, the updated versions from the ASUS website fixed it. Now I'm running EVERY setting on the highest no problem! I still haven't seen the temp get over 45C even after playing with friends around the clock for almost 24hrs. Pros - ...
  • Cons: Nothing negative to say about performance. It really puts out and stays cool doing it. Size - This thing is HUGE! It almost didn't fit into my Antec LanBoy Air, I had to really work it in there. Also, it takes up three expansion slots on your case. Power - Needs an 8pin (or 6+2) and a 6pin periph...
