Summary: It worked for 5 months and died. I sent the card in for warranty and got the card back in the same non-working condition. I phoned ASUS support twice and was told that it was my problem and not their issue, eventhough I installed the card in two different machines with the same non-working result.
Summary: I needed to upgrade my video card in preparation to upgrade from XP to Windows 7. I was setting up the system to dual boot so I needed video drivers for both Win 7 and XP. This card DID NOT have any XP drivers and trying to get them from their web site was a waste of time.
Summary: I bought it to replace a Saffire ATI Radeon HD 4650 w/ 1 GB DDR2. Although newer, it could not handle what the older version could. While playing Black Ops on my Quad Core PC, faces and flat surfaces were black. It kept asking to update Directx. I did with no luck.
Summary: I bought this one because it had decent reviews and mfgr offered a rebate. The company stiffed me on the rebate. The HDMI card works fine, I don't like the company. I feel they lack integrity.
For me, a huge disappointment--failed to work correctly on each of two Win7 PCs

Summary: On my Win7 32-bit PC, it produced the correct colors but used only 95% of the display. Monitor was a brand new Viewsonic and connected via HDMI @ 1080p. Text rendering was poor, presumably because of the display shrinkage.
Summary: After installing this card, my computer would not boot up. HD could not be read. Tried Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit install disk to repair but couldn't. So I had to remove the card AND reinstall Windows. Everything worked fine again until I tried to install this video card again for a second time.
Summary: I have installed many video cards, memory upgrades, hard drives. This one I installed it using a static strap on a wood work bench. I started the pc. Nothing. Removed the card. Tryed to start my pc... Nothing, no HP screen, no safe mode, NOTHING this card fryed my pc.
