Summary: I bought this for my mom before we found out that her board only went up to AGI, I thought it needed pcie Anyhow, we set it back for when I update her computer this spring. Instead my own graphics card went out on me, forcing me to use hers.
Pros: Runs Daz Studio reasonably well, has high memory and excellent display. Despite being stored for almost a year it works flawlessly, nice shelf life.
Cons: No pixel buffer. Not nvidia. (I'm a nvidia girl) No fan. (I would feel better knowing that a fan is keeping it cool instead of just a heatsink)
Summary: The ASUS Radeon EAH4350 512MB DDR2 PCI-Express Silent Graphics Card is very quiet; it uses only a heatsink without a fan. I cannot attest to its graphic prowess because I mainly use it my computer for word processing, e-mail, and internet.
Summary: The card is amazing for this price. I put it into my desktop and hooked up the HDMI cable to my TV and it immediately displayed video. I installed the drivers, and they had a bit of a problem under Windows 7 leading to a temporary blue screen, but Windows 7 updated them and I got a perfect desktop...
Summary: Fantastic video card for HTPC and light gaming. I wanted the multiple outputs, DVI & HDMI, and this card delivered. Make sure you download the latest drivers and S/W before installing! After that, the card will work great with Windows 7 64-bit. Installed and up and running in less than 30 minutes!
Summary: I bought this video card only for multiple monitors for working. Install, setup and configure in minutes and it worked like a charm with no noise at all. Great price for an excellent video card.
Summary: I needed a good low profile card for my gateway P4 running windows 7 and this card did the trick, the onboard card was outdated and drivers for windows 7 weren't available, so I got this card as an upgrade and I'm glad I did.
Summary: Had this installed in my Dell Dimension 4700 and watching a movie on my Samsung HDTV within 30mins! Installed, downloaded latest drivers from ATI, set everything up in Catalyst Control Center, restarted my computer and... BAM! Watching a movie! Easy as a microwave dinner!
Summary: This is a good video card except the drivers that come on the CD for it are complete junk. On Windows XP Media Center Edition (32 bit) the drivers that were on the CD caused the video card to freeze up and the computer became unusable.
Summary: bought this for a smaller build for a client. They were impressed and really loved the turn out how the whole computer ran. $230 later... Asus 4350 vid 4gb ddr2 160gb hd 7200rpm 480w power supply msi 770T-C45 mobo 3.1 ghz dual-core
Pros: Small, Affordable, Produces decent quality graphics. I was expecting a pci power plug to be plugged in but it didn't need one so tthat was cool. Anything from asus is always good! Nice max resolution sizes and no noise! :D. Great for smaller rigs.
Cons: Super Super hard setup for windows 7 x64bit via the install cd. I had installed it through the CD then had to delete it and then went to the website to download the drivers to find out the drivers are for vista x64 but compatible with 7 x64.
