Excerpt: I use this pad in a multitude of ways. I bought it primarily to use with various photo apps (LR & PS). I had an old tablet that I hated using and could not get to function to my liking. This one is so easy. The medium is BIG, too. Since it is like a giant trackpad I've begun using it with other apps, like digitizing embroidery files plus a couple of drawing programs. I wish I had made the plunge sooner.
Pros: Easy To Customize, Operating System, Screen, WiFi
Excerpt: The Intous Pro tablet (medium) is a must have for digital artists. I have been using this tablet for about a month and I am enjoying every minute of it. It is very easy to install and user friendly. I can customize each buttons and the sensitivity of the pen to my liking. This tablet runs smooth, including the touch pad and it is consistent. I use the wireless about 9 out of 10 times and I haven't had any issues with the connection.
Excerpt: This is the first tablet I've had and after about two weeks I've gotten the feel for it and really enjoy using it.

I have a photography business and use Lightroom and Photoshop a lot. It is making using those programs much more intuitive.

I've also begun using it as a mouse substitute in Windows and other applications.
Excerpt: I'm still learning to use my tablet. It's a bit challenging at first, but can already tell that it will be a great time saver for me when editing photos once I get it all figure out and customized.
Excerpt: According to the Wacom website this tablet should come with extra pen nibs, and I thought at first they had not been included. But, behold, if you look at the bottom of your pen holder stand it unscrews to reveal the extra nibs. This is my second tablet and I look forward to working with this one for a very long time.
Excerpt: Great aspects include the many programmable features and bigger control panel. My old WACOM was over 10 years old so this is a big step up. Not working so well is the wireless mode. I finally gave up.
Summary: it's a learning curve to be sure...everyone keeps telling me I'm going to love it more than my mouse and I hope that's true once i'm used to it. I rock a mean mouse, so hopefully I can get proficient with this baby. Love to edit with it, but moving files so far is a trick and I grab my mouse every time. I'm sure it's just me tho.
