Summary: I bought my Wacom tablet a little under two years ago and a couple of weeks ago it stopped working for no apparent reason. I contacted Wacom and they asked me to send it in for repairs once they determined that it was the tablet that was the issue.
Summary: I got this after realizing (a bit too late) that my older model didn't work anymore. I had to plug it in and use it for a job that I was already running behind. No time for a learning curve which threw me. I had to use a mouse to do some things rather than the Intuos5. That was evening #1.
Summary: it's much better than my previous one which is a Chinese brand, after all, the price is totally different. i'm not an professional but i have lots of interests in digital painting. wacom intuos can be the most comfortable pen tablet that i've used till now.
Summary: Upgraded from my old beat up but usable Wacom. The new version is sensitive to touch, love the buttons on the side. I have used a Wacom tablet for about 12 years and wouldn't use any thing else for my artwork interface with photoshop, illustrator, and dreamweaver. Glad I bought it
Summary: This thing ROCKS. You may want to take everything I say with a grain of salt, because I have ignored my arts.... I used to be a decent sketch artist and I dabbled in oils. And now days I am quite a horrible artist.
Summary: I bought the tablet as a step up for my graphics without understanding how to use it at all. It's easy to use in its basic sense and the capabilities go as far as you're willing to learn. Wacom is the best in the field and I highly recommend this product.
Summary: This is such a great piece of equipment. If you're serious into digital drawing or sculpting then Wacom and Intuos is the way to go, well unless you can afford a Cintiq. I received mine and in no time I had it installed and working awesome on Windows 8 Pro.
