had one little bug but the warranty was worth it

Summary: an awesome drawing tablet just perfect for those large screens I had it for about 2 weeks and the Express keys stopped working but the warranty was well worth it. The functionality is very nice and the touch is very handy the only critique I have about it is that the touch is not as sensitive as I expect when you first use it but you get used to it quickly. All in all I would highly recommend best graphics tablet to anyone.
Summary: I should have purchased one of the smaller pen tablets. This one forces me to move my arm while I am using it. With a smaller tables most of the motion can be done with the wrist. Other than that, it is a great product.
Summary: Really nice graphics tablet. Works like it should, has awesome shortcut and multi-touch capabilities. The only con is that there are definitely some driver issues that require you to re-install the driver fairly often.
Summary: Love this tablet. The driver is the real problem here. The driver stops working often, requiring a removal of preferences or, in some case, a restart. The touch aspect is problematic as well and I've turned it off. You will randomly zoom in or rotate the canvas in photoshop while making brush strokes, due to your palm brushing against the tablet. If you plan on using the stylus, turn touch off.
Excellent for an amateur cartoonist, use an XRay to preserve the screen!

Summary: I'm an amateur cartoonist from Mumbai, India. I've been using the Intuos5 for a year and it's paid for itself many times over. Fantastic tool. The touch screen is useless, though, and could totally be dispensed with. Many people complain of the screen wearing out, and nibs wearing out. This is true - I solved things easily by using an XRay on the screen.
Summary: The Intuos5 medium works smoothly and and has a sleek design. I'm some what new to digital painting and had been using my iPad and creating directly on to the surface, so it's taking some getting use to the intuos5 experience. But I'm getting the hang of it using my MacBook Pro RD and a large monitor and the experience is smooth and beautiful.
Summary: This is only my second Wacom product as I bought a 12x12 inch active area Intuous 1 tablet years ago. It still works well to this day, but didn't get a ton of use due to its size. It was simply too big for me in the amount of desktop space it uses. This new Medium Intuous tablet is great and is just the right size for my needs.
Summary: pros: -really precise and sensitive! -lightweight -thin, easy to fit in a laptop bag without taking much space! cons: -the buttons could be better, it takes a bit effort to press, I mean it doesn't take that much of an effort but could be very very annoying! -I agree about everything they said about burning the nibs! however if you set the sensitivity to the max the single nib will last months or weeks of working a lot with it!
Works great, but rough surface holds me back a bit

Summary: I'm brand new to digital painting and this is my first pen tablet, so I can't compare it to others. As a beginner, I can say that the tablet works well and does pretty much exactly what it's expected to. Most of my frustrations have to do with my own inexperience with digital drawing/painting; I still haven't put many hours in, and I'm sure I'll get much more use to it when I do. The one complaint I have for the tablet itself is the rough surface.
Great tablet except for power settings issue on win7

Summary: I have had my tablet a week now and it does everything it promises to do. The touch pad feature is quite usable when doing mainly graphics work. I did not purchase the wireless connection module so I cannot comment on that. The only issue I am having is that it seems to totally disable my screensaver and power settings. So I am concerned about the wear and tear on my monitors. I have a tech support issue submitted on this but have yet to hear back.
