Really nice tablet. The large model is really big

Summary: Really nice tablet. The large model is really big. In hindsight, the medium model would have worked just as well. I'm using the LG Electronics UM95 34UM95 34-Inch Screen LED-Lit Monitor. I was a little concerned about the Wacom handling the 21:9 monitor format. The Wacom software scales the tablet to the screen dimension perfectly.
Summary: There is a noticeable difference in the quality compared to my old Bamboo. I did notice that after a month of intense use the nib on the pen was wearing down. It came with replacements but maybe I should ease back on the pressure. I'm hardly a professional (or maybe I am, not sure yet. I need to see the paycheck) but the level of control and comfort of use makes me definitely recommend it.
Summary: I absolutely love this! It works like a charm--be warned that the DVD it comes with for installation does not work but head to the Wacom site for their legacy software under support and download the latest. I love support too. I have been a Wacom customer and always will be. This product has surpassed my expectations. I must also say that prior to owning this I had Intuos 4 extra large that was too big but used it for like 4 years.
Summary: As a long time user of Wacom tablets, I really regret retiring my Intuos 3 for this one. I've been using it for 3 months now on a mac: 1. Pen is really fragile -- it sometimes makes a clicky sound and sometimes doesn't, responsiveness is unreliable (some clicks register, some don't) and it finally broke on me today. The plastic case cracked and when I tried to see what was going on, a little spring flew out and got lost in the carpet.
Excerpt: I replaced my old Wacom graphic tablet of 15 years, with the large Intuos Pro Pen & Touch Tablet. The high resolution and touch features make navigation and editing faster and easier. I'm not sure that I needed the large tablet but it's nice to have the extra work area if you have the desk space. I wish I would have upgraded years ago.
Pros: Easy To Customize, High Resolution, Large Work Area, Touch Navigation, User Defined Fn Keys, Web Browsing
Summary: Size does matter, as they say. If you don't have a lot of room on your desk for this... you are going to be VERY crowded. I would suggest you DO measure your work area and make sure there is room. That said, I'm glad I got this instead of the 651. The extra space is something I will use.
Pros: This thing has LOTS of room for your gestures and your work. I find it very responsive. I'm getting used to the gestures already, and actually believe I'll be able to put the mouse aside all but full time now.
Cons: I was annoyed that the replacement nibs listed in the features were not, in fact, included in the package. They are also not shown in the photos of the product. I don't know if they are missing... or if the listing is wrong. In either case, it was the one downer on an otherwise very happy unboxing.
