Excerpt: My daughter received one as a gift for her birthday, and she loves it. It's compatible with the art program she already had on her computer as well. She loves the large drawing area, and how easy it is to use.
Pros: Durable, Easy To Configure, Quiet, Versatile
Summary: I have been using this tablet extensively, it is for the most part excellent. I have experienced some glitchyness, but not often. Sometimes it doesn't release a click and I have to flip the pen over to get it to release.
Excerpt: I purchased the Intuos Pro and absolutely love it! Makes Photoshop feel like a whole new program - much, much, much easier to manipulate images than with a mouse. BUT - the Wacom Tablet Software is not compatible with MAC OS X Yosemite.
Summary: I'm an illustrator that works almost completely digitally in various locations. I've been using this for almost a year, bringing it with me in a backpack just about everywhere I go, putting in 6-10 hours of use per day, and it barely shows any signs of use.
Problem with saving the pen settings, after reboot it goes back to default.

Summary: Works like a champ!! My only complaint is that it seems that my settings for the pen don't "save" permanently. I set them up and the next time I boot my computer the settings are back to default. Docked a star for this, a $500 tablet shouldn't have this software issue.
Excerpt: This is my third Wacom tablet. I absolutely can not live without it. I spend 12 hrs a day editing and if I had to go back to using only a mouse, I would quit and get a paper route. My only complaint was that the driver installation was glitchy.
