Summary: This is a great little tablet for drawing. I bought it when I got serious about doing digital art. Have had no problems with it, aside from the included cable being far too short. I like the size, as my larger genius tablet was starting to cave a bit in the center. No-battery pen is a plus.
Very buggy at first, but worth the time to troubleshoot!

Summary: I love this tablet! HOWEVER, I almost returned it when I first got it. I run Windows 7 and this tablet had so many bugs and and issues that it was becoming a nuisance instead of a help. But the technical help service that they offer on their website (as well as a lot of googleing) cured almost all of the problems (it still has a few benign issues which I can't resolve that deter me from giving 5 stars).
Summary: I had a Bamboo and wanted to get a better tablet - this one seems much larger than the Bamboo even though it is listed as small. The problem I had was that the cable was way too short - I can't imagine why they made it that way. I tried a mini USB cable and that didn't fit. Neither did the micro fit, so I bought a USB cable extension. I emailed Wacom for the exact name of the cable so I could try to find a 6' one and one also that didn't have the right-angle to it.
Summary: I ordered next-day AIR. It took 3 days to get to me. Not to mention it was delivered around 8PM @ night. Amazon messed up and ended up ordering two of these for me. All-in all the buying experience was horrid, BUT; the tablet is amazing. I didn't really buy it for the art aspect, I bought it to use as a new mouse. In my experience, it was a bit difficult to adapt to at first, I ended up unplugging my mouse so I had no choice but to use the tablet.
Summary: Got this when my Bamboo MTE-450 quit. Turns out that was a software issue (went back to working after a hard reboot of Vista) but still glad I got this. Just nicer looking and works the same (when configured so). Now my wife has a tablet (the old one), which once she gets used to it should be easier for her than the mouse, which she struggled with (directionally challenged).
Summary: I'm still dabbling in graphic design, and I wanted something that I could use to practice my skills without making a huge investment. This is a great introductory product to get you used to using a tablet and expanding the capabilities of Photoshop and Illustrator. It's also very compact and light, so I can travel with it if necessary.
Summary: I absolutely love this. It is easy to install, great to use, and fun for drawing. Now I never have to use a stupid mouse ever again. I've even started to use it for things other than drawing, such as online and on games like Skyrim. I recommend this to any inspired artist who can't use a mouse. But one suggestion would be making a slot under the tablet for the pen, for if I ever lost it I would have to pay $10 for a new one.
Excerpt: I got this one because I wanted to test out a tablet before I dove in. This really does everything I wanted it to. It is so helpful getting to those tricky mask areas. Highly recommend it. It does require a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth the effort.
