Summary: Almost the greatest thing since sliced bread. This is a stellar product. I have been using Wacom tablets professionally for years and only recently decided to make the jump to a large format Cintiq. First of all, it's beautifully designed; the slightly textured screen feels like I'm drawing on paper, the maneuverable screen is easy to manipulate, and it's wonderful to work on such a large format.
Summary: I would recommend this to all professionals who might be tempted by this item. The touch screen is responsive, the pen interaction flawless (once calibrated). Wacom has a good update cycle for its drivers, and if you keep up-to-date you will not be disappointed. Just make this part of your maintenance schedule.
Summary: I'm a graphic artist and I've had a Cintiq 12WX for about 4 years. That machine was great, but this one is SO much better. The screen is gigantic, it's much brighter than the 12WX and they've also corrected the edge jitter issue from the 12WX. My 24HD arrived well packaged and without any dead pixels. Shipping time was a bit slow (10 days). This thing is GREAT to work on. The addition of the touch rings means I can easily zoom and rotate my canvas in photoshop.
Hiccup in the shipping but straightened out in the end.

Summary: Had a bit of a scare when the shipping info said it had been delivered and it wasn't at its destination. Wrong tracking number had been passed along to Amazon. With the right tracking number all was ok and I did receive it. The box was slightly damaged but since Wacom packages its merchandise so well the tablet was fine. I've been enjoying the Cintiq a lot.
Summary: Can't believe I ever designed and illustrated without this thing. I've used Wacom tablets for over a decade, but this is a workflow dream. Just make absolutely sure you have AMPLE desk space. And a buddy to help you get it in place. It's huge and heavy.
