Very Poor Customer Service

Summary: I am very disappointed with this company. They do not send a cable that works with an Apple computer so I could not hook it up. When I called Wacom and asked if they carried the cable, they said "NO!" as they claim that the folks who use their products don't use Apple computers. (Funny as most photographers and artists I know do use Apple.) They referred me to another company and told me what to order.
Summary: 1) I unboxed my Wacom 22HD yesterday and after about 18 hours (a lot of driving to different electronics stores was required) working on the problem, I have still been unable to get a signal from my tablet. My research has shown me that the DVI-D cable that comes with this unit does not work well with the DVI-D to HDMI adaptors nor display ports.

Also it has LEDs opposed to the Cintiq's fluorescent tube. Wacom is overcharging. Also, with a dead pixel, they wouldn't swap out my monitor. Pretty annoying after spending $2k +.

After a few days, the device started to turn on and off by itself in the middle of the night/day, I tried to contact Cintiq Americas but all my emails were rejected, after 2 days of trying and trying I received an email asking me about the...
