USED... Not refubished at all it was simply used and badly at that

Summary: I am a fan of Wacom digitizers and I in fact already had one of this model and was happy with it. But this seller sold me a heavily used item with a fraying cord,it quit working after about 2 weeks.
Summary: Very very disappointed. For several times it lost signal completely. No matter how I tried (reboot, unplug and plug back), it just wouldn't pick up any signal unless you put the cable back in. Worst, battery dies within 1 day, no exaggeration (I'm an illustrator, probably with heavy usage).
Summary: I bought the Intuos 5 Touch over a year ago and last December decided to add the wireless kit. It worked Ok for about 3 months (but used rarely) Then one day it simply would not turn on in WiFi mode. I contacted Wacom support in Asia and they were a disgrace, despite sending them receipts etc.
Summary: unlike bluetooth keyboards and mice which never need to be plugged, in this product needs to be attached by usb to charge. So if you need to do that every so often I may just s well leave it plugged in, which is what I do.
Summary: I was incredible disappointed when first using my new Intuos 5. Didn't feel anywhere near as good as my old original Intuos 1 that it was replacing. I couldn't produce smooth strokes at all and thought I'd made a massive mistake.
Summary: I cant say how much I and my husband is disappointed. I ordered the item with a program on 7th of November. Unfortunately we didn't get it. The company promised if we not receive the item by 27 ht of November they will arrange a new item to be sent out at no cost.
