USED... Not refubished at all it was simply used and badly at that

Summary: I am a fan of Wacom digitizers and I in fact already had one of this model and was happy with it. But this seller sold me a heavily used item with a fraying cord,it quit working after about 2 weeks. I contacted Wacom about service options to find that this item was registered to someone in Asia and had never been reconditioned by anyone authorized to do so. They assured me the would have record of it if it had been... So I am out 30.00 for the repair.
Summary: Very very disappointed. For several times it lost signal completely. No matter how I tried (reboot, unplug and plug back), it just wouldn't pick up any signal unless you put the cable back in. Worst, battery dies within 1 day, no exaggeration (I'm an illustrator, probably with heavy usage). I literally watched the percentage drop. I now always have the USB cable plugged in.
Summary: I bought the Intuos 5 Touch over a year ago and last December decided to add the wireless kit. It worked Ok for about 3 months (but used rarely) Then one day it simply would not turn on in WiFi mode. I contacted Wacom support in Asia and they were a disgrace, despite sending them receipts etc. they kept coming back and asking for more and more "junk" - They even wanted me to take a photo of the original box it came in! Can you believe that?
Summary: unlike bluetooth keyboards and mice which never need to be plugged, in this product needs to be attached by usb to charge. So if you need to do that every so often I may just s well leave it plugged in, which is what I do.
Summary: I was incredible disappointed when first using my new Intuos 5. Didn't feel anywhere near as good as my old original Intuos 1 that it was replacing. I couldn't produce smooth strokes at all and thought I'd made a massive mistake. By a stroke of luck I unplugged the wireless dongle one day and plugged the Intuos 5 into the USB to charge. My son asked me to draw a picture and so I just left it connected to the USB and didn't bother plugging the dongle back in.
Summary: I cant say how much I and my husband is disappointed. I ordered the item with a program on 7th of November. Unfortunately we didn't get it. The company promised if we not receive the item by 27 ht of November they will arrange a new item to be sent out at no cost. 28 ht the company said: they don't have any because we sold out and we need to choose to wait until they got again or pay more and get the upgraded version.
Summary: Tried running this on MAC LION and although the pen works OKish (although the pressure sensitivity is really poor) the TOUCH capability (which I really wanted the product for) DOES NOT WORK! Single finger drag works fine but double finger and double click do not work thereby rendering the product pretty useless. If you are considering buying one I'd recommend trying it first if possible otherwise don't buy.
Sinon livraison parfaite.
