Summary: It's a nice product but to date the software code does not work & I have not been able to get a reply from Wacom about how to address this. It's frustrating as this was a gift for my 13 year old who is interested in drawing & animation. I'll be leery about purchasing refurbished items in the future.
didn't give me everything they promise in the product

Summary: The bamboo CD did not work at all when I installed the program into my computer. The supplier also said the tablet came with auto desk, but it did not. I was very unhappy about that. I also, but after buying autodrsk separately from another supplier It sufficed.

Summary: The hardware is fair quality build and it's fairly responsive for drawing or inking. It's built is good enough for light use, it is not professional grade. Forget about the build.. the real problem is the driver for the unit..

Summary: I previously used a Wacom Graphire CTE640, but after ten years of abuse it started to fall apart so I bought this to replace it. The feeling of the pen on the surface is wonderful--much more intuitive than the slippery surface of the graphire.
A bad USB cable connection made my tablet unusable.

Summary: After many years of use and, down right abuse of my Wacom Graphire 4 pen tablet, I damaged the cord beyond repair. I chose the Capture over cheaper and simpler models, having been drawn to it by the Touch features.
