Excerpt: I ordered my bamboo tablet pen while ago and decided to write a review because I am very much satisfied by the fast shipping and quality of this pen. It took only 2 days for me to receive it, and since I was short in time and had to have it my hand fast, I was very glad that it came fast. The quality of this pen is perfect, just like I bought it from the wacom company, it came with extra pen points, very nice.
Pros: Durable, Easily Viewed, Lightweight, Long Lasting
Summary: The beauty of this tablet is that it comes with a mouse, so when you're first learning to use a pen tool and get frustrated, you can switch back to the mouse for some familiar muscle memory. Once you get used to the pen and really master it, using it is far more efficient than the mouse. I've adopted the pen full-time for all my cursor needs.
Summary: I purchased this for my daughter to use in her Artistic design class. She uses it with the Adobe suite of products and absolutely loves it. It's saving her wrist from using the mouse. This was a good purchase for her education!
Summary: Once I got the hang of using this tablet I was hooked. At first, finding where I was on the screen in relation to the tablet was a little difficult and frustrating. Given some time to practice and learn everything just fell into place. When it comes to post processing this tablet really improves the speed and accuracy of processing and allows a true "feel" of the work.
Summary: I bought my wife this so she could continue her drawing hobby on the computer. Before she would hand sketch everything and then scan it in and draw over it in Illustrator. We bought this and it lets her do everything on the computer! It was very easy to set up and use on Windows 7 with both Illustrator and Photoshop.
Summary: I LOVE my tablet, and its the first and only one I've ever had. It made designing and other tasks SO MUCH EASIER!! I got mine about 2 years ago and its still awesome, especially for a first tablet. Even if I ever upgrade to a higher end one, I would still keep one of these around. Its easy to use, you just plug it up to a USB port and its ready to go really. It takes no time to get used to and its much more natural than using a mouse.
Summary: Great item. Exactly what an artist needs. Even someone who wants to write instead of using the keyboard. Can substitute as a mouse. Highlites, erases, everything your keyboard and mouse can do but quicker. My daughter is truly impressed by this item. When her laptop is plugged in and carried around her fun tablet is attached and going with her too. I bought it for her college bound days and upcoming graphics class.
