Excerpt: Be Careful when ordering. I have the Bamboo Fun model CTE-650 and this pen did not work with it. I had to return it. B&H Customer Service rep, Yoni was very helpful and gave me a return authorization with no problem.
Summary: I draw on a Cintiq at work, and use an Intuous 4 medium at home. I also own a Vistablet, so I know that Wacom is by far the better brand. I thought this less expensive tablet would be helpful to my wife, on her Windows 7 PC. The refurbished item was about $35 less than the new one and other reviews were mostly favorable so I thought I'd take the chance and try it.
Summary: I wanted to buy this item, but after seeing how much they were going to charge for shipping, I am not sure if I should buy this. I cannot believe that the shipping to Alaska is $23.00. Going to the same post office and paying the same flat fee postage, I don't see why Alaska is any different than any other states. I hope the owner of the Factory Depot is aware that Alaska is one of the 50 states of the United States, and not part of Canada or Russia.
Summary: The Graphics Tablet is excellent, but the free software bundle, (PSE9, CPE4 and Sketchbook Express }, are obtained by use of a download code which simply did not work. A number of emails to Wacom`s technical support have gone unanswered, but a quick perusal through the Wacom Forum shows that useless download codes are not an isolated problem.
Summary: I bought this product and which is good delivery and few days only and get it. But now this is a problem! I found this is too small for my work and I would like to refund it however the items is already dispatched. After get the tablet, I made 3 times the appointment to ask the company to collect it, they didn't come for twice which is really annoys me. I sent them email again and now they don't even reply me! What amazon can do for me?
