Summary: I draw on a Cintiq at work, and use an Intuous 4 medium at home. I also own a Vistablet, so I know that Wacom is by far the better brand. I thought this less expensive tablet would be helpful to my wife, on her Windows 7 PC.

Summary: Supplier of product shipped item which could not live up to "as described" on Amazon due to support, registration and hence availability of additional software downloads (key USP in decision process) being limited to "Americas Only". Despite repeated emails to supplier, no response received.
Summary: The Graphics Tablet is excellent, but the free software bundle, (PSE9, CPE4 and Sketchbook Express }, are obtained by use of a download code which simply did not work. A number of emails to Wacom`s technical support have gone unanswered, but a quick perusal through the Wacom Forum shows that useless...
Summary: I bought this product and which is good delivery and few days only and get it. But now this is a problem! I found this is too small for my work and I would like to refund it however the items is already dispatched.
