Works on Windows 8

SHEU WEI TENG, Amazon
15 September 2013
  • Summary: I am skeptical when I ordered this tablet despite a couple of positive results on Google. Tablet arrived in good shape, shipping took a bit longer than the customary swift response from Amazon. Following quick start, plug in the tablet pretty much gave me a glorified mouse. No pressure sensitivity or hot key response :-( The product content does not have anything referring to Windows 8. Not even a piece of paper to tell people how to update the driver.

Good performance

David Gillespie, Amazon
4 January 2013
  • Summary: Set up was quick and easy. My PC recognized the tablet right away and I launched Adobe Illustrator and went to work. It is not a pressure sensitive unit and it's not priced like one. For Adobe Photoshop I would recommend the pressure sensitive tablets by Wacom. Great value!

Good drawing tablet for the money

Annette Marie Wooley, Amazon
28 March 2012
  • Summary: I recently purchased this drawing tablet because I am in school for animation and thought it would be a good idea to become familiar with drawing on a tablet, as opposed to pencil and paper. After doing a lot of research on different brands I decided to purchase the Genius F610 Drawing Tablet (I really wanted a Wacom Intuos tablet, but it's a little out of my price range for the moment).

Teaching Tool

jwitz, Amazon
12 November 2010
  • Summary: This pad does a great job for me. I teach chemistry and I use it with an LCD projector. It is better than having an electornic whiteboard. I have an electronic whiteboard, and this product writes 10X nicer and you write 6 feet X 4 feet on a pad thats 8X11 or so inches. I love it!!!

Satisfied

Walmart
15 June 2010
  • Summary: Overall I am satisfied with this product. There are some things that I feel could have made the product better. The pen seems like it could have been made more durable (I was worried I would break it when I was installing the battery) and I wish it had came with more useful software. Othere than those shortcomings my daughter seems to enjoy using it (it was a birthday present) to draw with.

Good Intro Tablet

Nate, FL, Amazon
6 May 2010
  • Summary: I needed the ability to sign and annotate PDFs, so this tablet was the perfect solution. Using PDF Annotator and Nirto PDF, in combination with this tablet, all my PDF needs are met. However, using Windows XP, when I plug it into a USB port (I don't leave it plugged in all the time), It doesn't always 'pick up' the pen when I try to sign. It is frustrating, sometime I have to reboot to make it work properly.

pretty decent

chocobomastr, Amazon
9 October 2009
  • Summary: Overall the tablet is decent. Pros: Large writing area + hotkeys. Works in windows xp, vista and 7. Also works in Ubuntu Linux. Cons: Cable does not detach from tablet. You need XP tablet, vista or 7 in order to use inking in Microsoft Office. The pen kind of feels like a toy, pretty cheap plastic. Only comes with win xp and vista hotkey inserts. Hotkeys don't work in linux out of the box.
