Cons: The drivers caused some of my games, like Fallout New Vegas, to stop functioning. I am running 32-bit Windows 7. I found little info about this on the web so it took me a long time to realize why my games were broken. I uninstalled the tablet drivers so I can play my games again. Unless I find a ...
Summary: this being my first tablet I may not have a full understanding of the device yet but attempting to edit skins using photoshop cs3 seems to be no better then using a mouse .I think this is because the acceleration of pin being so low .
Cons: Not super accurate.Still going through the tech manual but havent found a way to accelerate the movement of the pin acting as a mouse.
Pros: It works for handwriting and otherwise mouse-capable functions.
Cons: Absolutely horrible in Photoshop and Painter. I cannot make a decent line to save my life, no matter how many times I try. My mouse draws a better line. And don't even get me started on the drivers. I run Vista x64 and I've tried downloading the drivers from the website (http://www.geniusnet.com/...
Summary: If you do a lot of adobe based work, spend a few more bucks and get a Wacom.
Pros: It works well for anything other than graphic design.
Cons: The product is just Horrible on Illustrator and most of the software do not work on Vista 64. The shortcut keys are located at the worst locations and the pen's battery lasts for a few hours at a time. The key configuration process is not well thought out: for example, you can't modify an existin...
Summary: If you want to do signatures or do handwriting, this works excellently. For drawing or anything in photoshop though, it is nearly impossible to work with. When I get some money, I'm buying a Wacom, even if I can only get one with a small screen, it will be better than this.
Pros: Nice size, the hotkey's I've used quite a bit. Nice and slim, yet sturdy, and does handwriting very well, in the right programs.
Cons: When I first got it I noticed on certain areas of the tablet the lines would always curve in photoshop. then these spots would get bigger and bigger, and now it just skips entire areas making it nearly impossible to draw or color anything.
Pros: Not too expensive.......easy to plug in and install
Cons: I've never used a Wacom tablet, and this was actually my first owned tablet...but I saw a review that said this was pretty close to a Wacom ...I hope not... Unless your in MSPaint the thing lags everytime you push the pen down...even when just using it as a mouse...I don't like it...it makes it i...
Summary: Occasionally I modify graphics and really dislike computer mice. A laptop mouse is even worse.. I had hoped that for my occasional use, this drawing pen would work 'acceptably' well. I have a very fast dual CPU laptop with 3 Gig of RAM, not an old box.
