Like ability to re-route; needs more helpful instructions.
21 July 2014
Summary: Some features are easier than my (5-yr old) Garmin, such as the ability to delete parts of routes I don't like. But storing my current location as a "favorite" has got to be easier and, frankly, the instructions are just not that helpful. They pretty much tell you how to plug it in and give you a couple of tips on what tapping various points on the screen will do.
Summary: I have had several different brands of gps and the tom tom xl4et03 is by far the easiest unit to set up and even a dummy like me can go wherever I want to go**it will put you at the front door of any place you want to go**Seriously I have never been good with traveling I always got lost, but now I go wherever I want to go and the best thing about this unit ,is it downloads very fast***
Summary: You can't but this cheap enough because the service behind the product doesn't exist. Work ok till all of a sudden it couldn't fine many locations. I upgraded on line as they suggest and it went fro bad to worst, not finding locations was bad enough but to have it take to wrong locations is worst as you've now wasted your time. Contacted the company but received no help at all, they were rude.
Summary: Great navigation device for the technically challenged. My husband hates electronics, but loves his TomTom. So easy to use and understand, works great at mapping out your route and telling you where you are.
