Summary: It does what it claims to do for a fair price. That is all anyone can ask of a product. I find it easy to use and somewhat more useful than the more complex units built into two of my vehicles. (I use it for rentals and older work vehicles.
Summary: The TomTom allows you to make corrections to roads that you know are incorrect. For example, where I live, there are a lot of dirt roads that lead to the highway but you can not actually use them to get to the highway.
Summary: It's not the top of the line GPS unit out there but for what it offers and the ease of its operation, it's a very good option. I bought mine knowing I was going on a trip to an unfamiliar city and didn't want to rent a car with a GPS for an outrageous price or try to study a map while driving.
Summary: We bought this refurbished GPS because of the low price. We like the pictural view on the screen, the voice instructions, and the functions of the software. Problems were: 1. Suction cup holder does not stick and hold. 2. There does not appear to be a mute control and volume is difficult to set.
