    I received my TOM TOM 340S GPS last night . Before I start listing out the pros and cons let me first tell you why i selected this particular model. I decided to purchase the standard rather then the lifetime updates and traffic updates for the following: 1) first off lifetime update, only applies to that particular device , it is NOT transferable ..     Waste of time and money - NEVER going to buy any of their products again!!!! Tech support has been moved completely to Mexico - so they tell me. And they get really nasty if you question them re connecting with tech support here in the states. Read more

It also features a 4.3 inch touchscreen that displays a user menu with high quality icons; - matching black EasyPort™ mount that folds to fit in any bag or shirt pocket; TomTom Map Share™ technology that allows users to instantly make map corrections on their device and share those with others; and TomTom HOME which is a free desktop application to keep users’ devices up-to-date at all times.
