Summary: I've had to tomtom products before and been very satisfied but not this one. The touch screen was not very sensitive. Forget about the voice recognition. Great feature list but just terrible execution. Very happy using google maps now with my phone...
Summary: I owned a Tom Tom One for the last five years and finally quit working. Since my previous Tom Tom lasted that long, i decided to try the VIA, in which so far is OK. I liked the way Tom Tom One software was set up where you can operate the Tom Tom from your computer to add favorites, etc etc.
Summary: Was hesitant to get this after reading reviews of them working and others not. Got it when it was in the low 80's. So far its been working fairly well, here and there it freezes up on me. Has happened less than half a dozen times, so I'm staying optimistic about it.
Good maps, traffic updates, and okay voice recognition

Summary: Full disclosure - I'm a big fan of TomTom and this is an upgrade from an older TomTom Go 300 I used for the last 7 years. That is one reason I really like these devices - they seem to last forever. I hope this one lasts as long... ...but now about this one.
Summary: I purchased the TomTom for a couple of trips planned this summer. We just returned from Florida (to an area we were not familiar with) and the unit worked great. We were really impressed with the voice activation and how it was able to navigate us to and from various destinations.
