Summary: First one lasted 8months sent back for replacement, that replacement lasted 9 months, thats in the bin now. The touch screen seems to be prone to problems both my satnavs had the same problem.Going to buy a Garmin next, may be more relieable.
Summary: My unit has never worked correctly from the day I bought it.Kept loosing satellite signal and always at a critical moment. It has been back to Tomtom in the Nederlands three times, and every time it comes back, allegardly repaired, when fired up the same fault appears.What are the Tomtom technicians...

Summary: I've now been using the new TomTom Via for about 6 months. Previously I owned a TomTom Go, bought in 2005. Sadly I gave the old Go away to a friend. I say sadly because the new one is worse in almost every single respect than the old one.
Summary: The software is a nightmare when downloading upgrades. On each of the last two occasions I updated I have gone from computer to computer trying to get it to work. Contacted TomTom support and they are unable to help. Eventually I got it going but it took hours.
Summary: I bought this sat nav in May 2013 to replace my old Tom Tom One. I liked the new larger, clearer screen and easier user experience but within 2 weeks it failed to turn on reliably and totally failed after one month. I made the mistake of contacting TomTom rather than returning the unit to Amazon.
Summary: i have had 2 previous tomtom satnavs,the first was the old box looking types that did everything it was supposed to, the 2nd was a XL type which also delivered well finely gave up as the screen did not respond to everything. so i had to replace and went for the via 135 after the great reviews.
Summary: Before buying this, I borrowed a new one from a friend to try out. As we live in Spain, I liked the idea of lifetime updates , directions in English etc, but and this is a big BUT, the pronounciation of Spanish street names is very stilted and given in syllables, making them very hard to understand...
Summary: Arrived on time. Worked well for week . Packed up on holiday in the Continent and it was a disaster with out a Sat Nav out there. Returned it to Amazon and has been replaced promptly.. Waiting to see how this will turn out to be

Summary: I have been incredibly disappointed by this Sat Nav... my old TomTom was heaps better. Updates come frequently, requiring connection to a computer, and have used most of the memory in just a few months. Despite this the sat nav frequently does not know where it is sending me miles out of my way.
