Summary: Used about 15 times in total, always kept it in a protective case. One day touch screen just stopped working, tried hard re-install etc but to no avail. Contacted tom tom and they eventually offered me a £10 discount on the 110 euro repair cost. Given I hardly used the device this is insulting.

Summary: Bought this to replace my ageing tomtom one-boy what a mistake. Having updated it, maps worked fine, then I purchased speed camera updates. Now the cameras won't update, contact customer service I thought.

Summary: Purchased this and paid for Camper and Caravan maps and thought I had done well with what I had paid out in total.....Tom Tom have had months to help sort out the problems....Let me change that to years after reading the forums...
Summary: Sorry but this was absolutely woeful. Used it for a trip from Heywood in Gtr Manchester to Chester. Hardly rural outposts. Within 5-minutes it told us to turn left when the only available turn was right and it was clear the system thought we were on a parallel road.
Summary: I’d really like to give this device Tom Tom Via 135 no stars. For a start it will frequently not charge either from car or from computer USB. If plugged in I turn it on, wait for 20 seconds, hear the Tom Tom drum and then the screen goes black. I repeat, and the same things happen.
Summary: Hi, I bought this 10months ago. Now the unit take 40miles to find gps. I have done all the updates and tried to contact tomtom but they aren't intrested. wouldn't buy again, shame as I thought tomtom was the best, back to my dusty old Gamin.
Summary: Do not buy this Tom Tom - I drive through the city ( London) For work and all I can say is this device loses signal all the time Even in none built up area's and takes forever to find a signal When you start it up and puts you on the wrong road for about 100m even with my house programmed in to it.
Summary: The first unit I ordered didn't work as soon as I took it out of the box. The second unit played up after only two months' use (Amazon will only accept returns up to 28 days) so I was stuck with a completely useless unit.
