Summary: I used mine about three times and it fried. Can I get a response from Tom Tom ? Yes lots and lots of procrastinating emails. Can I get any results from Tom Tom ? Not on your life! Steer well clear of Tom Tom because when it goes wrong you'll get NO support.
Summary: I was so disappointed when I connected this to my Mac. I had downloaded the latest tomtom home version for Mac O SX and so expected no difficulties. On screen instructions told me updates had been installed and to disconnect device and re-connect. All I got was a red flashing X.
Summary: Tomtom systems are great when they're working but in my experience reliability and build quality are sadly lacking. I've had 3 different Tomtom One's in the last 18 months and all of them have developed faults after very little use.
Summary: I have just been given a TomTom One Europe 22 as a Christmas present. This is proving embarrassing. I thought I would plug it into the computer to download any updates, but after that the TomTom repeatedly froze at the initial screen and refused to advance any further.
Just hope you do not have a problem which requires support

Summary: The Sat Nav did not work on arrival and eventually after much correspondence I rejected it as not fit for purpose and Tom Tom agreed to accept a return. Originally they promised a credit in 15 days, this was not met and I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for "security" reasons.
Summary: Great until you want to load the updated maps and satellite positions, I had two and each one locked up after instructing me to disconnect from computer. the phone and online back up is also useless.Yes the mount is good, and no problem with in car charger connection, but what good is that on a...
Summary: TomToms are beautiful and all, but there's a big problem with this particular package - the TomTom has about 700mb memory - the map is 800mb. it doesn't fit - totally useless! check the forums before you buy this. they're awesome machines - i updated from the old Go to this - but this is maddening!
Summary: I wouldn't have bought this device if I knew that there is no support for Linux (I mean TomTom home to update maps), even though TomTom runs on Linux kernel. Apparently there aren't enough of us (Linux users).
