Summary: The ONE 3rd Edition adds an excellent safety feature to an already outstanding unit, though it's a shame battery life hasn't been improved. Regardless, it's definitely great value at this price.
Pros: Design and aesthetics, user interface, excellent maps, "Help Me" safety feature, fixed speed camera alerts

And it's affordable: the Europe map version has a RRP of £180, but street prices see it at around £145. A UK version is cheaper yet.
