Summary: I purchased a TomTom navigator system based on good experiences with renting cars with Magellan's Neverlost. The Magellan unit was expensive and I found the TomTom had a superior user interface, was portable and less costly. So I purchased the TomTom Go Plus.
Summary: difficulties in bringing (very hangs) TomTom. I think that's just my TomTom has problems if all tomtom Go 600 series have this problem or just mine. I check it all the time, all updates are up to date. likely if nothing will fix it I would have to advertise it. way performs well
Live services frequently unavailable, good when it works though

Summary: Edit: Posted to the TomTom forum I've been using the Go 600 since just before Xmas (previous history Go Live, Nuivi & Mio) and have issues with the availability (or lack of) of the Live Traffic services which let's be honest if it wasn't for that, I for one would have kept the Garmin.
Summary: I was disappointed. I had to return this because it was difficult to see the small icons and text on the screen. The street names are difficult to read and too minimal. The time of/distance to arrival are very small and the speed icon and numbers are too small for me.
Summary: The only good thing about this satnav is the size of screen.i can't believe I waste my money to buy this.the live traffic is always wrong.you can't put door numbers and when you arrive on the destination you have to look for the number by your self.No hands free that means you can't use your phone...
Summary: The Unit is often confused and gives wildly inaccurate information. Despite double checking against a map I fine that I increasingly have little confidence in it. I have ended up being sent North instead of South from the M4.
