Summary: Wish I had learnt more about Sat-Navs before I purchased it, but I've no complaint, except for the fact that its not easy to set-up, and has the potential to keep you regularly forking out additional chunks of cash. Does what it says on the tin - that's that!
Summary: I was using TomTom products for many years. This one was my first with Live services - which by the way I am very happy with. But the device itself is very slow. I cannot belive how long I have to wait to put a name of a new destination in it. Maybe I'm not a patient but browsing through menu taking so long... Anyway, it is a reliable and as I mentioned, the Live services are very good. If only the processor would be faster...
I wanted to love it - but its only OK, it does have some great features, but also some great flaws.

Summary: I have used TomTom sat navs for the last 7 years - I had one of the original huge ones with a small screen. I purchased this sat nav to replace an ageing TomTom One, hoping the live services would change my life and reduce my time spent in traffic jams. Navigation: Is still, in my opinion, one of the best out there. Certainly better than my Garmin for my motorcycle. It does, however, have a love affair with motorways at all times of the day or night.
Summary: Don't like the way you programme your journey..very complicated and it doesn't always find where you want. Much preferred the simpler GARMIN to the Tom Tom and would probably go back to that make next time round.
Great product but still waiting for Amazon to deal with short change on Live services subscription

Summary: The SatNav is great, traffic alert is the best I have ever used. Perfect user interface and the integral windscreen mount is great. My only gripes are: -It included 12 month's free live services, in reality I only have 6 months and when I challenged Amazon they fobbed me off to TomTom.
Summary: A very good product to use, slower than my old Garmin, Live traffic very useful, although I had to cahse TomTom to get it added to the device, also missing the multi stop feature on the Garmin.
Summary: Just took it out in the car for the first time, I like the map display and voice directions with road names. It looks good, the inbuilt suction cup keeps things neat. I use the disc on my dashboard to stand it on from my old Garmin. It's easier to follow the directions on this, but it wouldn't recognise my house number and suggested I go to number 13 instead! So I'm disappointed the maps don't seem very accurate on this more expensive sat nav.
Summary: Just to add to some of previous luke-warm reviews, really. This is OK - just. Pretty cheap-looking product and poor finish quality - threads hanging out all over the place, lining not attached at bottom and the zip's stitching is pretty flimsy - can't see it lasting over-long. Will be a cheap tide-me-over until I find a better option I suspect. (That said, at least it does fit in the Tom-Tom Go-Live and its cable, and is much cheaper than Tom-Tom's own alternatives...
Summary: From the first day that I received the unit it was only capable of being used as a navigational aid. The HD Traffic functioned well and routing was good, however it was impossible to connect to the MyTomTom server and therefore manage the content. To date it has been back to TomTom in Scotland - where they found no fault with it, however the use of 3 different computers running either Windows 7 or XP and 2 internet connections 300 miles apart suggests that a fault...
