Summary: I have several service vehicles and Many of them already had GO920 GPSs in them, so I wanted the reminders to have the same. In total I purchased 4 units from this vendor. The first 2 work fine. The third on you had to almost beat the scene to get it to work and the battery wasnt any good. The 4 th one just didnt work at all. So I followed the procedure to return.
Best bang for the buck in a GPS that I have found to date.

Summary: Great. This is my second GO 920 and my favorite GPS I've ever used, I've had five different brands. Bluetooth works great, Features can't be beat. The remote control really comes in handy. I velcro mine to the steering wheel and use it all the time on a long drive.
Summary: I really like the Tom Tom GO 920. Thia is my second unit. I gave my first unit to my daughter. The unit details direction via text and display. The next direction (left turn, etc) is clearly shown in on the unit before the voice gives the direction. I like the Tom Tom better than my previous garmin unit. I am disappointed that maps updates are a little costly.
Summary: This is my second GO 920 (1st one was stolen in a vehicle break-in). Once you play around with it, the GPS works pretty well - I really like the extensive POI database that you can update and share with others (and get their updates) which makes this very handy in unfamiliar area.
Summary: great product with a lot of options! there are ton of great features on the go 920 that you can mess around with and really great with exploring routes designed for walking, biking, and public transit. great to use overseas!
Summary: This is a very good GPS unit , works perfectly as it should, has on line map updates, PC docking station and transfer for fast input beflre leaving on trip, has very good info on things near by , gas food , amenities one is looking for and provides ph # for them all, allows every one to correct errors they find on maps ans share them and correct maps we all use, hands free phone over its system, Voice commands work WELL, and remote tops it off great flexibility of use.
Summary: The unit functions well, and I have used it on three occasions. The best feature that I like is the handsfree calling. The sound is great, and the party on the other end stated that it sounded fine. The only thing I haven't been able to master is driving without a destination. I have to pick a route, then cancel it out while it is setting up the route. I didn't find a way to just go directly to the map.
Conclusion: The GO 920 rightly earns its flagship status amongst TomTom's PND device range. It looks like a quality item, performs superbly and is so easy to operate that you can give it to anyone and they can use it happily with only the briefest of introduction.
Excerpt: There is a built in FM transmitter in the device which I am pretty thankful for, and another thing I am thankful for is the speed alert feature that the 920T has, which comes in very handy if you sometimes have a lead foot, like most of us do. I am able to record my own navigation instructions which is a sweet feature. Just like most GPS devices the looks of the 920T is not all that special, it is perfect size, small and lightweight.
