Summary: Terrible. First physical conditions- unit battery almost expended- did not charge; car holder seller sent me would not hold unit - had to purchase another in spain; glare of dashboard made gps almost unviewable last maps of Spain completely outdated.
Summary: This GPS's capacity to connect to car speakers via Bluetooth, as well as play MP3 files and Audiobooks is great. I only wish the map updates weren't so expensive. Some of the Points of Interest are terribly out of date.
Summary: This model is out of date and therefor totally overpriced. I have this exact model that I bought in March of 2008. It served me well but recently died when the touch screen just stopped working. I got no support from TomTom because they say the model is outdated and no longer supported.
Summary: I liked a lot of the features about it but it will not accept addresses in city centers. I have to use some other means to get near the center streets and then hunt myself for the address. But it works fine for addresses away from the center of cities.
Summary: We have two TomTom products in my family. My wife has a GO 920T and I gave a GO 720 to my parents. Both units are less than three-years old. The 720 was hardly ever used, in fact it's still in the original box. The 920 spends most of it's time in a hard case on a bookshelf in our den.
Summary: I recently took a road trip with my family and this was a great gps device. My wife was able to put in the address of the hotel and then the destination where she wanted to take the kids(while i golfed) and had no problems finding her way around.
Summary: Do not buy this product. I have had three GPSs units from various manufacturers--including Magnellan, Garmin, and TomTom--and the TomTom GO 920 is without doubt the worst product. Driving instructions are unbelievable bad in some instances.
