Great product, with minor annoyances.

I'm very happy with this GPS unit and it only has a few minor annoyances. 1. I've experienced a random reset, though thankfully nowhere near a turn. 2. Live features work only in the US. I travel between LA and Melbourne, Australia with work. So having the features available there as well would be ideal, even if it required changing a SIM, or a premium rate. 3. The text to speech pronunciation is often nearly useless as it's pronunciation is just so horribly wrong. 4.... Read more

bought it for the live traffic feature which never worked, called tom tom technical support and was told to reset it and try again which didn't work, called again and i was told that i probably have a defective piece and was asked to return it for a replacemect, then i called customer service and told them what happend , the rep. was very kind and even e-mailed a label for shipping it back for free since it was defective. I got a refund for the whole amount shortly after... Read more

I love it!! 90% time will get the exact location, 10% time will be within a block. Reroutes fast for detours. Googled places along my trip when I wanted to make specific stops. The 1 major flaw was getting to Arlington Nat Cemetary, would only give routes that cut thru a military base. The guards knew right away & gave the correct instructions. Read more
