Summary: I have just been sent a replacement tmotom 540 and it has the same problem as th first ERROR 107 . It took TOMTOM support 1 week to tell me that this was not fixable and I should return it to the store.

Summary: Bought this unit 6 months ago and it has been problematic ever since. First of all Live Traffic stopped working and despite hours on the phone to tech support and numerous "fixes" it still doesn't (a quick search online reveals I'm by no means the only 540 owner having this problem though).

Summary: As many other people have written, there seems to be a problem with many units not connecting to the Live Services. I have been unlucky enough to have one of the units that gives the connection error 107 message.
Summary: I took delivery of a TT 540GO Live and after 2 weeks it still didn't work - no live services. The support team at TomTom were useless. Kept sending me the same things to try over and over again.
Summary: I bought this satnav, as it was the latest Tomtom, with all the whistles and bells. this is the first satnav I've owned, so I can only compare it to what I'd want from a satnav. In short - it ain't worth it.
