Summary: Although I purchase it more than one year ago I think this is worth to write and note that there is some problems with this model. I bought it on May and after try to use it I had to return it because GPS was having problems with battery.
Summary: Used it on one trip. The controls work great. Information was current. I returned it because teck support could not figure out how to make the lifetime maps work. Bought a Garmin - had no problems with it updating.
Summary: I purchased this product because Chicago traffic is very bad and somewhat unpredictable. Traffic rerouting works pretty well, but the ETA is much less accurate than the free Google Maps application. I got an open box unit which wasn't registered within 90 days of first use.
they never sent to me the retun lablel as they promis. it died when updating maps,

Summary: After having some difficulties getting it to link to my Tomtom account I was able to get to start downloading updates. The map update and to begin installing. Shortly after install began it gave a message that something had gone wrong and to contact customer service.
Summary: When the TomTom GO 2535TM works, it works great. I truly enjoyed using it. It was fairly easy to learn how to use, and it always got me where I wanted to go! However, last Thursday, January 10, 2013, my TomTom GO 2535TM stopped working again.
Summary: IT WORKS FANTASTIC LIVES UP TO WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO AUTOMATICALLY PUTS MY CONTACTS IN FROM MY IPHONE. NICE SIZE SCREEN EASY TO READ VERY PRECISE WITH DIRECTIONS WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT
Summary: My husband uses the TomTom. He is very picky but rates this navigator highly. Saves him time spent in traffic because of its ability to warn about traffic hazards and accidents. Gives you the opportunity to change your route, rather than sit in traffic. Highly recommend the Tom Tom!
Summary: I was back and forth on this GPS or a Garmin. I read soooo many comparisons till my head hurt. I broke down and bought the TOMTOM and have never regretted it. It way out performs my 2012 Nissan Altima's $1750 Built in GPS. Crushes it in fact. The voice recognition in it is very good.
